Campbellton is the only town on the list outside of New Brunswick and has the cheapest apartments in Canada. The only reason to move permanently is affordable housing, but the place is great and we are still in the midst of a property boom with a number of affordable homes for sale.
While Kitchener is only about an hour from Toronto, Waterloo Park is just a stone's throw away, as are Wilfred Laurier University and the University of Waterloo.
